Detox water Ingredients
Any 2-3 fruits of different colors preferably, water, mint, cinnamon, black pepper and clove, chat masala.
Steps
1) Wash and chop all the fruits.
2) Base preparation – Boil 1/2 cup of water and add cinnamon, black pepper and clove in it. Then keep it aside.
3) Take a jar or glass, put the prepared base and the chopped fruits and mint in it and add remaining water.
4) Add chat masala to enhance the taste.
5) Refrigerate it or add ice cubes and enjoy chilled detox water.
• If you are running short of fruits you can add vegetables like cucmber/ginger/beetroot/carrot or make simply lime instead.
